Exercise and Health Issues.



Many of us would like to be fit and trim. There are alot of health issues to deal with in regards to being fit. We must check with our doctor if at all possible to make sure our body does the correct exercises, to avoid injury or future setbacks.

Many people start out with low aerobic exercises, as these do not put a hard strain on the body in most cases.

More advanced people can do regular aerobics, which will result in a firmer and more fit body also.

No matter what age you are, exercise is needed to stay healthy.

Start off with low imparct aerocics and seek your physician's advice first, if at all possible. If not, try taking daily walks. It is also good for you to stay fit and keeps the heart healthy.
